Are they reusable and rechargeable?

Video brochures can be recharged and used over and over. Video brochures contain a rechargeable lithium ion battery that offers continuous play for over 90 mins! To recharge, simply plug into a computer or a charging device via the included micro USB cable.

Video content can be changed via USB cable with no software required. The internal memory of a video brochure is identical to a USB flash drive.  Just drag and drop!

What screen types and sizes are available?

LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) comes standard. You can also upgrade to an IPS Screen. IPS or In-Plane Switching screens offer truer color, wider viewing angle and HD resolution. All screen are measured diagonally; our video books come in the following sizes: 2.4”, 4.3”, 5”, 7”, 10”.

How much memory is included?

Our video brochures include a standard 256MB chip included in the price. We offer 1GB, 2GB, 4GB, 8GB,16GB, or 32GB chips for an additional fee.

Are pre-production samples available?

Pre-production samples are available for an additional fee.  Add two to three weeks to standard lead time for prototyping.

How is video content loaded?

Your video content can be pre-loaded onto the books at no extra charge, or they can be shipped blank for content to be loaded later. Loading content is as simple as dragging and dropping a file. 

What video format is required?

For most screen sizes, your video file can be any of the following: MP4, AVI, ASF, or 3GP. The 2.4" screen requires a converted AVI file; converting software and instructions are available on request.

What if I don't have a video?

We have several production partnerships and can assist with a referral for larger scale video production; however, you don't need a big budget or production company to make a great video. 

When can I expect delivery?

Production time is 20-25 days after final proof and/or prototype approval.

Is there a warranty?

We offer a one year manufacturer warranty on all video brochure products.
