Minimizing Freight Costs
When an order is placed, estimated UPS rates are applied to the order confirmation. Since merchandise arrives from multiple suppliers and is then embroidered to customer specifications, actual shipping costs depend primarily on the type and number of items ordered. Once your order is completed and shipped, actual UPS rates will be adjusted up or down and detailed on your final email billing receipt.
Rush Requests
Please select your required in-hands date from the drop-down box found on the checkout page. Inch Creative Group will ship your order via the most economical method to guarantee timely delivery. Should there be any problems with meeting the required in-hands date, Inch Creative will phone or email you immediately with an alternate solution.
Determining Sizing
Sizing specs are included where available from the manufacturer. We understand it is difficult to determine best sizes from the manufacturer's measurements; therefore, we are happy to provide Olympic Steel with non-embroidered samples for sizing purposes. These samples may be returned to the manufacturer with an authorization number provided by Inch Creative Group. Only the cost of shipping these samples will be incurred.
Discounts
In most cases, rush orders are not subject to volume discounts. Please contact Inch Creative Group with requests for possible large volume order discounts or any special requirements.
