Inch Creative Group Inc (Inch Creative) will accept for return any item that is determined to be defective
based on industry standards.  Items that have been used, worn, altered or laundered
may or may not be eligible for return.

It will be at the discretion of Inch Creative whether the item(s) eligible for return will be replaced
or credited.  Regardless of the reason, items can only be returned with prior authorization 
from Inch Creative.

Special order apparel cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing. Please refer to each 
product's sizing specs found within each product descripton or category. Non-embroidered 
samples may be ordered to determine sizing by contacting Inch Creative.
